     Consignor Guidelines

These are our Sale Guidelines with the rules and requirements necessary for participation in each sale.

We hope these guidelines will answer your questions and help you understand what the sale is all about.

There will be two consignment sales each year, one in the spring and one in the fall.

Why should I consign?

You’ll make money selling your unused/lightly used children’s items while clearing out your closets!

You’ll save time by not having to organize and advertise for an unproductive garage sale.

You will tag your items at a price you choose and you don’t even have to show up to sell them.

Help us out during the sale and earn more from your sold items.

After the sale, you may pick up any unsold items until 3 pm. or donate them.   In the past we have donated to Second Mile of Philadelphia, the Community Housing Service Domestic Abuse Shelter of Lansdale, and St. Edmond’s Orphanage in Bryn Mawr.

If you choose to donate your unsold items, we will take care of it all for you!

How do I consign?

Read this entire Consignor Guidelines page and then email us your Name, Address, and Phone Number.  We will assign you a consignor number, you print your tags (please read the tagging instructions carefully), and then you can get started tagging your items!

Clothing and other fabric items need to have the tags attached with a safety pin – no straight pins please… ouch!! .

Please pin tag on the front upper right hand corner. Make sure tags are firmly attached.

All clothing must be on hangers with the hanger hook forming a “?” when looking at the front of the item.

Items must be facing the same direction for best visibility on the sales rack!

Secure pants/shorts to hangers with safety pins.

Secure matching hats, socks, etc. to outfits with safety pins.
